1. About This Policy

This policy explains how USA Standard Peptides, operated by Phat Stein LLC, handles information through usastandardpeptides.com, a business-to-business store for laboratory research products, and related account, order and support communications. Our Terms of Service describe the conditions of using the store and ordering.

2. Information We Collect

• Account verification: name, email address, phone number, password, company or institution name, business website, business type and business address, plus any documents you choose to provide when we request verification. We also record the research-use certification you accept, with its version, date, time and IP address.
• Orders and delivery: billing and shipping details, products, quantities, coupon codes, order notes, payment status, transaction references and delivery updates. Each order records the research-use certification accepted at checkout.
• Support: messages, order references and attachments you choose to send.
• Website activity: IP address, browser and device information, pages requested and referring website, and cookies used to keep you signed in and maintain your cart.

Card details are entered into our payment processor’s checkout fields and are handled by the processor; we do not store full card numbers or security codes. Please never send card numbers, security codes or passwords to support.

3. How Information Is Used

• Verify that accounts belong to eligible businesses and institutions, and maintain verification records.
• Operate the website, account area, cart and checkout.
• Process payments, fulfill orders, arrange delivery and handle cancellations, replacements and refunds.
• Send account and order messages and respond to support requests.
• Detect and investigate fraud, misuse or breaches of our Terms, and maintain transaction and dispute records.
• Meet legal, accounting and payment-network obligations and establish or defend legal claims.

Creating an account or placing an order does not sign you up for marketing. If you separately choose to receive promotional emails, you can unsubscribe at any time.

4. Who Receives Information

Information is shared only as needed to operate the store: our hosting and website providers; our payment processor, acquiring bank and card networks for payments, fraud prevention and dispute handling; our fulfillment partner and delivery carriers to ship orders; and email providers used for account and order messages. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to handle a dispute or suspected fraud, or to protect legal rights. We do not sell or rent personal information.

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google to request those files, which exposes information such as your IP address and browser details.

5. Cookies

• Login and cart: WordPress and WooCommerce cookies (such as wordpress_logged_in_*, wp_woocommerce_session_*, woocommerce_items_in_cart and woocommerce_cart_hash) keep you signed in and maintain your cart.
• Order attribution: cookies beginning with sbjs_ record referral and session information that can be saved with an order.

You can block or clear cookies in your browser; blocking login or cart cookies prevents those features from working.

6. Retention and Security

Account verification, order, payment and support records are kept for as long as needed to provide the service, meet accounting, tax and payment-network record-keeping obligations, and investigate disputes or fraud. The website uses HTTPS. No online service is completely secure; protect your password and contact support if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
