1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of usastandardpeptides.com (the “Site”) and every order placed with USA Standard Peptides, which is operated by Phat Stein LLC (“we”, “us”). Our Refund & Shipping Policy, Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy form part of these Terms. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

2. Laboratory Research Use Only

All products sold on this Site are intended solely for in-vitro laboratory research use. They are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, ingestion, injection, inhalation, topical application or any other administration to people or animals, and they are not intended for medical, diagnostic, therapeutic, cosmetic, food or dietary-supplement use. Products are not drugs, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate or prevent any disease or condition. No statement on this Site has been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

We do not provide dosing, administration or medical information, and we will not respond to requests for it. Any order where the stated or apparent purpose is human or animal use will be cancelled.

3. Business Accounts and Verification

We sell only to businesses and institutions with a legitimate laboratory research purpose: research laboratories and institutions, universities, medical facilities and businesses. We do not sell to individual consumers.

Before you can view the catalog, see pricing or check out, you must create an account and pass our verification review. The application asks for your name, email address, phone number, company or institution name, business website, business type and business address, and requires you to certify research-only use. We may request additional documentation (for example, proof of business registration, institutional affiliation or a purchase order) before or after approving an account. We may decline, suspend or close any account at our discretion, including where information cannot be verified or appears inaccurate.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Business details on a verified account can be changed only through support so that they can be re-verified.

4. Buyer Representations

By applying for an account and by placing each order, you represent and warrant that:

  • you are at least 21 years old and authorized to act and purchase on behalf of the business or institution named on the account;
  • all information you provide is accurate, complete and current;
  • products will be used only for lawful in-vitro laboratory research, handled by personnel trained in safe laboratory practice, and stored and disposed of in accordance with applicable law and your institution’s procedures;
  • you will not use, sell, resell, distribute, relabel or repackage any product for human or animal consumption or use, or represent any product as a drug, food, dietary supplement or cosmetic; and
  • you are responsible for determining and complying with all laws and regulations that apply to purchasing, importing, receiving, possessing, handling and using the products in your jurisdiction.

5. Product Information

Product listings describe research materials by compound, format (lyophilized powder in a sealed vial) and quantity. Specifications and any laboratory documents are provided for research reference only and are not evidence that a product is safe or effective for any use in people or animals. A lot-specific document applies only to the identified lot. Ask support which documentation is available for your compound and lot before ordering; a listing or document-request link does not mean a report is available for every lot.

6. Orders, Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars to verified accounts. All orders are one-time purchases: placing an order never enrolls you in a subscription, membership or recurring billing. Review the products, quantities, shipping details and total at checkout before placing your order. Card payments are processed through our payment processor at checkout on this Site; your card statement will show the billing descriptor provided in your order confirmation.

An order acknowledgment confirms that we received your order; it does not confirm acceptance, payment or dispatch. We may decline or cancel any order, including for suspected misuse, verification concerns, pricing or listing errors, or availability. If an order is cancelled after payment, we refund the amount paid to the original payment method. We will not substitute a materially different product or increase an agreed total without your consent.

7. Shipping, Cancellations and Refunds

Shipping, damaged or incorrect items, and returns are covered by our Refund & Shipping Policy. How and when an order can be cancelled is covered by our Cancellation Policy. Please contact support before opening a payment dispute so that we can resolve the issue directly; contacting support does not waive any right you have to dispute a charge.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not: provide false or misleading account or order information; purchase on behalf of anyone who has not been verified; use the Site or any product for unlawful purposes; resell products for human or animal use; interfere with the Site’s operation or security; or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems. We may suspend access and cancel orders where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Products are sold for research use by qualified professionals who accept responsibility for their handling and use. Except as expressly stated in these Terms and to the extent permitted by law, products and Site content are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Phat Stein LLC, USA Standard Peptides and their officers, employees and agents from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of any product, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

11. Intellectual Property

Site text, images, branding and documents are owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. The Terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order.
